10- Manage collection of stamped commercial invoice and customs certificate (form 13, 126 KM, and so on as per the case) from customs agent for forwarding to concerned body (OCI accounting department or external supplier) for sales tax refund and Book Keeping requirement.
11- Manage process of generating certificate of origin for Egyptian and Foreign goods.
12- Manage receipt of Bill of Ladings from the shipping lines.
13- Coordinate Re-Import of Temporary exported Equipment.
14- Revise all invoices from parties involved: Truckers, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines as well as Airfreight Companies and secure correct text as per Shipping instructions.
15- Follow up on payment of Service Providers Invoices with the Projects, Accounting and Treasury Departments.
16- Update the insurance department & project coordinators with Shipments details.
17- Submit Pricing to the Tendering Department for projects under studies as per their request.
