Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Aciassystem
  • Brazil
  • March 2019 to September 2023

With more than 10 years of experience in the business and administrative area, working at high levels, in four countries, dealing with large businesses and multinational companies, and also doing different businesses, I managed to obtain vast experience in multiple areas and profound knowledge of many businesses, in addition to developing various communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, focusing on details, among others.
I learned to work quickly under extreme pressure, but without stress or anxiety.
I was able to obtain in-depth knowledge of the structure of companies and institutions, in addition to the functioning of each departments and internal communication between departments (administration department, HR, finance, purchasing, sales, marketing, general relations, development and studies, etc.). As well as external communication between companies and their suppliers, customers and partners.
And my work in different countries taught me a lot about labour laws (HR), the legal aspect in different areas and others.
I was about to open my own bank in Brazi, but we could not continue for we needed more investments aside with other issues. Therefore, I have good knowledge in banking.

Cheif excutive officer at Lodge business hostel
  • Brazil - Sao Paulo
  • April 2019 to March 2020

Working at this company gave me one of the most important advantages, which is learning a lot about labour laws, the financial and tax system in Brazil. And more experience in the business and administrative area.
We receive many Arab and foreign customers, and I was the only one who speaks these languages, so I was able to welcome and serve them efficiently.

Accountant at Al Salam Institution
  • Lebanon - Bekaa
  • September 2016 to November 2017

The company didn't have an ERP system, so I called a company and we implemented the system, and I managed to register all the products in less than a month (15 thousand products).
Carrying out daily accounting tasks, including entering invoices, issuing invoices, whether wholesale or retail, carrying out audits, entering accounting data into the system and extracting reports. Carry out cost studies and monitor the evolution of sales, as well as purchasing costs, prices and profit margins, in addition to monitoring inventory and participating in administrative decision-making.
Auditing the statements and histories of customers and suppliers was one of my biggest missions, and I managed to discover many errors and many failures and fraud attempts on the part of suppliers, for example, so I gained strong experience in the auditing part.
I wanted to start with the restructuring of the company, and I was about to be promoted to general manager, as the owners do not have strong knowledge in the administrative area, but the situation in Lebanon was not good, and I had to travel to the United Kingdom.
Reason for leaving: traveling to the United Kingdom.

HR manager at Zarqaa Al Yamama Institution
  • Syria - As-Suwayda
  • October 2014 to June 2016

As a manager and HR, responsible for 46 employees in 7 branches, I was fulfilling the following missions:
• Determine labour needs and prepare job descriptions.
• Advertise vacancies and attract candidates.
• Conduct interviews and choose the best candidates.
• Send them to the general manager for approval and hiring.
• Check and monitor the signing of employment contracts.
• Evaluate employee performance and performance.
• Training and development.
• In addition to other missions, such as: participation in decision-making, participating in board meetings, etc.

I created an employee performance evaluation system, based on Excel, where %40 of the employee's salary goes towards evaluating their performance.
The system was applied for a year and gave wonderful results.
I also called a programmer to create our own system, to manage production with a monitor to observe and evaluate the process. And the system will take a huge step forward and improve the company's performance in general, while not a single company in our city has yet used these technologies. But I travelled to Lebanon while the system was still under development.
With my experience in the financial sector, I was able to help the financial sector in reducing the damage from 100 thousand liras to 9 thousand liras. (lira: the currency of Syria).
I also participated in the financial audit, visiting companies and checking the financial system in addition to evaluating their performance, together with the general manager and the financial manager.
Reason for leaving: traveling to Lebanon.
