-Responsible of the HR Management Software that includes Time sheet System and all related HR modules;
-Completing the checklists of new candidates;
-Maintaining and updating all employees data in hard copies;
-Delivering reports of employees attendance, absence, leaves, vocations, overtime, etc.;
-Follow up of training schedules;
-Communicating the memos, guidelines and all the necessary information to employees;
-Correctly files all documents including, leave requests, medical reports;
-Contributing in setting the yearly Performance Appraisal and HR indicators;
-Responds by e-mail, phone and in person to employees inquiries.
-Other duties as assigned by the HR Director
- support the shop manager in the inventories
- Assign routine and non routine tasks to the staff
- Assist in the preparation of the staff schedule
- communicate sales plans and targets to the team
- motivate team members and provide them the support and training
- monitor the performance on an ongoing basis
- suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when needed
• Manage retail staff

• Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and employees
