Employee Relations/General Administrative task:-
•Prepare requested letters such as salary certificate, NOC, employee improvement letters, warning letters etc.
•Develop and maintain confidential departmental employee files, documents and database.
•Entering new employee details in SAP
•Recording leaves & flight ticket reimbursement request in SAP.
•Respond to employee’s inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
•Send probation forms to managers to be completed for new employees.
•Send notification and list of requirements to employees for the renewal of their visa and work permit.
•Accepting employee reimbursement request and calculating the eligible amount as per employee grading, auditing and forwarding to the finance team, such as petrol, parking, SALIK fees and car insurance reimbursement.
•Actively involved in planning and executing various events and activities for employees.
