Responsible to maintain the master data for Greater Middle East cluster, that consists of 25 countries. Area of expertise supplier/ customer management, Finance, Packaging material, Credit Control and Pricing.. I am working on ERP/ECC SAP platform. BW Reporting tool, Local MDM and Enterprise for ticketing . Below are the responsibilities I am entitled to:
• Create / maintain the master data in system for Finance, Supplier/Customer management, Credit Management, Packaging material and Pricing.
• Detailed knowledge of material management including CADD, CRAW, CDES, MNST, MSTK etc.
• Uploading prices in system on different levels for year and time to time.
• Maintaining discounts and rebates for customers.
• Strong in all of the controlling and financial accounting.
• Good understanding of the Logistics and FI-CO customizing tools.
• Experienced in developing reporting requirements with Business Users and FI-CO tools to develop the solutions.
• Maintain data accuracy.
• Efficiently handling the request raised by users and requesters for master data creation or changes within SLA.
• Monthly reporting of master data objects to evaluate accuracy.
• Provide training to users for the usage of BW reporting and Local MDM web tools
• Part of production team for Deutsche Bank project
• Investigating User issues.
• EOD/EOM Monitoring.
• Root Cause Analysis for recurring incidents.
• Creating MACROS and writing Enforms.
• Monitoring system through Tivoli monitoring tool REFLEX.
