*Organizing & maintaining hardcopy & electronic up to date filing system for the department.
*Preparing letters, memos, and circulars, payment requests, processing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence as required.
*Receives and carries out requests to purchase IT related hardware and products/services through the Oracle system.
*Reviewing all IT invoices received from finance, checking if it’s PO or SO related, preparing payment requests & submitting for signatures & final clearance.
*Preparing of Ooredoo bill payment on a monthly basis, checking the blackberry bills & the users, corresponding with Ooredoo of any changes.
*Internal compiling of the ‘IT’ capital budget and expenses for the various departments based on the purchase requisitions and the purchase orders that have been issued. These reports are a base line providing a fair picture if the various departments is over/under budget for their IT requirements.
*Solely in charge of setting up of GDI ID cards for new hires, operation workshops and/or existing GDI personnel.
*Actively involved in the various meetings held during the Budget and Business plan process enabling the compilation of a consolidated business plan based on the feedback received.
*Attending the IT steering committee meetings and various IT internal meetings & preparing the minutes.
*Maintaining calendars, appointments & schedules for the ITM. Greeting visitors ascertains nature of business & conducts visitors to ITM office.
*Develops different types of forms/computer spreadsheets for various statistical records and reports to meet variety of operational and technical requirements.
*Organizing companywide ‘IT’ trainings / awareness programs / road shows for the office staff with the launch of new products / software etc. Arranging the meeting rooms, setting batches for the training, arranging refreshments and any other provisions as per the requirements of the instructor.
*Acts as a focal point for all other secretaries with their various ‘IT’ related queries. Providing IT support as and when required and requested (within my scope).
*Coordination and arranging of QP passes, chopper bookings & various QHSE trainings required for the IT staff enabling smooth visits to and from the rigs.
*Actively co-coordinating, providing feedback and frequent follow-ups to the various tasks sent out not only to the IT staff but also various other department/sections within the company. And prepares a weekly report on status of projects and tasks completed and of that pending.
All secretarial duties including day to day self-correspondence and its coordination.
Handling of enquiries on manager’s behalf whilst overseas.

Completed my bachelor's honors degree with Skyline College affiliated with the university of Humberside (UK). 1st year courses included foundation into the aviation, Hospitality & tourism industry. 2nd year courses included advanced airfares & ticketing, Cargo & Economics of tourism & human impact. 3rd year courses included Business management, planning & development of tourism enterprises.
Passed all India Senior School Certificate exam in Commerce stream (CBSE level). Subjects taken were accounts, computer science, Business studies, English & Economics.
