Main responsibilities:
- (Postgraduate tasks): Building database/detailed information of postgraduate students, scheduling exams/courses on People soft program, opening accounts for new students, solving registration issues, auditing transcripts, adding research on University website, translating job, coordinating ceremony for alumni, working on students recruitment and practical training field, building relationship with companies through sending outstanding students to apply jobs to them, coordinating events/invitations for VIP customers, presenting/promoting College education services, updating marketing plan, and issuing annual report.
- (Documentation centre tasks): Building database of undergraduates/postgraduate research titles, working on borrowing system program.
Main responsibilities:
Communication: ATL and BTL job (Promotion), creating media plan, arranging sponsorships/events, working on public relation job, writing press releases in Arabic/English language, analysing competition/ SWOT/ PEST, working on market research, improving company website content and design.
