Projects Dept. Manager
the dept. role is to supervise the design of the company projects as well as the followi up of the contractors during the iplementation of the projects.
The planning sector, commercial sector, research and development sector, are all sectors under the management of the Planning & Development Dept. Manager.
The role is to prepare the yearly company plan including training, new projects, etc, research sector is to provide the necessary data to the Dept. Manager for a specific subject to help making the right decisions and as a manager i was nominated for the following:
-Company Full Automation Project Manager.
-ISO QM 9001:2008 project - ( Task Team Supervisor).
-Company Pilots evaluation program Supervisor.
The company was resposable of all the related maters within the vessel that were under the company managment contracts, starting from the crew, maintenance and documentation, the company classification was BV ( Bureau Veritas ).
and personaly I managed the during my work with the company the following dry docs:
-Vessel Dry Dock ( M/V DURBAN intermediate dry dock- Tunis)- 45 days
-Vessel Dry Dock ( M/T SIRTICA intermediate dry dock- Malta)- 45 days
-Vessel New Build ( M/V ALINE-I, Design and Built-Spain) 18 months.

The bureau was divided into two main fields, the first is the engineering and second was the inspection, during the few years I worked in the bureau we ware more focused on the inspection because the market at that time was booming, so we managed to get a big share in the Libyan market and the below is some major clients that we have carried out the inspection job for them:

-National Marketing Company ( Contract Follow up and garment textile analysis - period 10 months
-Devolopment Bank ( 200 Industrial project - Machines and equipment testing ) period 2 years
The company worked as a computer maintenance contractor with many clients we ware resposable of keeping their computers in perfect working conditions, clean and up to date.
I was Resposable of the maintenance and follow up of the company hardware and software systems.
I worked for this goverment company as National Service.
And I was Resposable of the maintenance and follow up of the Documentation & Information Section hardware and software systems.
