Title: Production Supervisor In Cutting & Finish Good Section.
Responsiblity:
1- Shift shedule for 210 employees from multi nationalities to distribut the labours on the machines.
2- Follow up the production, waste & input rolls by creating a registration form to control it to be equal.
Input rolls (kg) = Finish Good Production (kg) + Waste (kg).
3- Maintain lowest downtime production stoppage for the machine, by training all operators on all the machines to
replace each other during break times.
4- Maintain the quality by checking every moment each order on all machines by comparing the job order with the
material, printing, size, sealing and quantity filled in the boxes.
5- Check machine speed, daily production, waste controling and downtime.
6- Motivating, upgrading & gifting insentive the talent labours to gain max production with min waste.
