Main Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for meeting shift production goals.
 Ensures products are manufactured on schedule, within quality standards, and meet cost objectives.
 Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety.
 Monitoring production key performance indicators (KPIs).
 Monitoring production line utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
 Monitoring & management of Material usage variance.
 Monitoring finished goods inventory and raw materials inventory.
 Participate in planning weekly preventive maintenance.
 Applying and monitoring Total Productive Maintenance program.
 Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff.
 Prepare daily production reports and schedules.
 Review production progress to achieve the production plan.
