Achievements
By working to Internal Line Company I have accomplished the following:
•Maximized the company’s use of assets and resources towards project completion. And facilitated the Coordination with all other departments to implements quality objective in the projects process.
•Developed and enhanced the existing processes of defining every Project scope of work.
•Implemented and directed all related activity and operation processes from a proper selection of raw material, abstracting problem, reducing waste time in projects, to payments fallow up.
•Targeting the eradication of major bottle neck in Joinery finishing.
•Launched and elaborated an observing procedure to analyze and record the out-put quantity and quality at each site and grouping individual tasks into amount of work per unit.
•Practically targeted the discrepancies between planned and actual work output and eliminate the deficiencies by recording and establishing (lesson learned) meeting by the end of each project with Sales departments, Procurements, Estimation and Engineering.
•I used my experience and practical knowledge in joinery field to enhance the quality of the joinery products produced in-house.
•Developed and implanted the Baseline Budget Validation, Schedule, Estimates, Procedures, and all published reports and presentations and facilitated the implementation and resolution of RFI, NCR’s.
•Improved the general plane and organized the work flow from one activities to other, I was also able to improve the performance of our multi-national workforce by adopting a simple incentive program.
•Delivered on-site construction quality within budget and scheduled targets against agreed upon performance measures within all key aspects such as safety, environment, cost, schedule, and quality as well as continuous improvement against
•Established a performance metrics for labours and stuff in each project; to drive improve initiatives within areas of responsibilities.
