-Scheduling workflow plan for each job step by step (Printing - Folding - Inserting - Gathering - Smith Sewing - Gild Edging - Ratio Binding - Perfect Binding - Saddle Stitching and Hard Case Production).
-Checking production daily report, setting proper quota for each machine on daily basis.

-Design creation for ads in the tabloid, responsible for all designing of brochures and leaflet
-Responsible of the prepress department guiding on outputting, color retouching, design remarks, bleed, distributing pages.
