March, 2023 Tarek El-Mekkawi Project including School with different 7 Buildings, 15 High Residential Buildings, Landscape, Infrastructure & Enabling works, also Contains: Energy Center, 4 substations & firefighting Control Center, (1373.5 Million QR) Responsibilities
•Assign Base Line Programme for the 3 milestones of School Access for 3rd Party, School Completion & Residential Buildings Completion dates.
•Coordinate with the top management & project manager to agree for the best scenario of implementation of project different tasks & make a confirmed strategy with its requirements as a firm commitment,
•Follow up the physical performance on site in a weekly basis to define the status of progress (SPI), determine the obstacles of material delivery, shop drawings changes /approvals, Procurement long lead items process & Manpower performance Regarding Programme and agreed productivity rates,
•Analyze the project Installation progress and highlight for Corrective/ Mitigation action to all Departments,
•Control the Preliminaries (engineering & procurement) phase through its logs with a weekly tracker performance to compare planned submission dates VS actual, mainly for approval status.
•Prepare a Weekly / Monthly progress presentation/ Report to the company Top Management & PMC.
•Prepare documents for time impact pertaining to project's driving events, to analysis causes of delay and their effect on project completion date.
•Prepare an EOT for the project according to the design changes with Client's approval. In addition to Covid-19 & its impact on manpower and the reflect to the project time life & cost.

Project Brief: Senior Planner Omrania and Associates Consultant Engineering, Saudi Arabia.
•Construction of Al-Madinah- King Abdullah Waqf Project-Package II (5 Hotels 5 stars / 22 Floors each) with Budget 2.6 Billion Riyals Main Contractor: Saudi Oger. Responsibilities
•Review & Confirm the Master Base Line Programme for the Project with respect to scope of work, BOQ, standards, contract & time frame.
•Analysis & Report the weekly Progress status of project's /SPI indicator, Manpower histogram & Long lead item status
•Submit weekly progress reports, graphs, charts and summary analysis,
•Review the Interim time impact pertaining to project's driving events, and Confirm the causes of delay and their effect on project completion date, and issue a cost analysis report with conclusion,
•Reporting to Client's Top Management on a Weekly/ Monthly bases in a comparison sheet / graphs,
•Attend weekly progress meeting in coordination with King Abdullah Waqf Board & Contractor.
