•Follow up the physical performance on site in a weekly basis to define the status of progress (SPI), determine the obstacles of material delivery, shop drawings changes /approvals, Procurement long lead items process & Manpower performance Regarding Programme and agreed productivity rates,
•Analyze the project Installation progress and highlight for Corrective/ Mitigation action to all Departments,
•Control the Preliminaries (engineering & procurement) phase through its logs with a weekly tracker performance to compare planned submission dates VS actual, mainly for approval status.
•Prepare a Weekly / Monthly progress presentation/ Report to the company Top Management & PMC.
•Prepare documents for time impact pertaining to project's driving events, to analysis causes of delay and their effect on project completion date.
•Prepare an EOT for the project according to the design changes with Client's approval. In addition to Covid-19 & its impact on manpower and the reflect to the project time life & cost.
