Commercial Responsibilities

• Developing superior relationships with top Channel Customers to build a solid customer base and maximize business profitability through regular Market visits, one-to-one meetings, and annual contracts materializing (for example modern trade customers with $18 M and Ph Channel Customers with $30)
• Alignment with the Customer development department to ensure the actual value of cash spending to improve Business with a Strong in-store existence and eficient display on the shelf.
• Organizing/delivering product presentations to diferent key accounts and purchasing authorities. Representing the company at various conferences and Business seminars.
Distributor Excellence and Operational Responsibilities
• Devise and plan market sales strategies along with our Business Partners (Distributors) necessary for achieving the annual sales targets (either Sale to Trade STT / Net Trade Sales NTS)
• Evaluating stock availability in the distributor's warehouse securing Zero out-of-stock situations aligned with the production hub by keeping an eye on the expiry/slow moving products and taking proper actions in time.
• Assure alignment with the Merchandising team about aligned displays and shelf arrangements that reflect in the Brand identity and Category equity.
Business Development and Trade Marketing Responsibilities
• In Co-ordination with Finance & Marketing and Supply Chain, we organize and implement the proper Business Plans successfully through the identification of the proper Volume mix best prices, and Growth profits (GP)
• Monitor and implement the national activities by Keeping a business eye on the CIW (Cash Investment waterfall) that results in cost-efectiveness management.
• Assure 100% satisfaction of Must-stock-list (MSL) and its fulfillments that are reflected in the GP/PL for the Company
Scope of Responsibility /Chain of Command
• $200 M Business Plans with +18% Forecast in 5 Years Business Plans
• 3 Channel Heads, Ph, Modern Trade, and GT, 3 RSM with their 4 KAMs, 10 Medical Rep.
• 11 Sales Executive with 40 Merchandizers.
