by site construction workers. Faced with dispirited, no apparent alignment between team members nor with the client,

transformation in job performance, challenged to replace the CM taking over leadership of full site construction execution and management. Led project revitalization by applying vigorous management reporting system and staff orientation creating an empowering, cohesive work atmosphere, rebuilding pride and satisfaction among workers and client. Consequently, promoted to substitute the PM, to manage and direct field office, customer site systems, and construction activities. Spearheaded overall project aspects, formulated emerging vision with a “top-of-the-mind” awareness. Devised and executed action plans focused on improving project/operational performance. Upon acquisition of work order at the mega grass-root project KAUST by K&P, hand-picked and hired by its GM to supervise an engineering staff of 12 and indirect team of ~20 in supporting/reporting site activities. Surmounted technical, cultural, and managerial difficulties, broad reaching daily site surveys and client/contractors coordination to control smooth field construction and achieve solid pre-com./commissioning proceedings. Following successful performance and achievement of objectives, advanced to hold full coordination responsibility of campus wide integrated system and interface directly with top-level managers.
