Key Responsibilities
• Handling all Gabriel Bocti portfolio, food and beverage segments.
• Ensuring all Gabriel bocti presence in all sponsored outlets, and penetrate non-sponsored outlets as well
• Handling all the big on-trade accounts as Casino, Skybar, White, Iris….
• Ensuring the sales of all Gabriel Bocti products: Food and beverage including Power Horse, energy drink
• Managing an on trade team divided as follows:
- Hamra, Gemayzeh, Monot and suburbs .
- Zaitouna bay, DT, some on-trade delicatessen shops and others in Achrafieh.
- Keserwan and North region: Kaslik, Jounieh, Byblos, Batroun, Faraya…
- Hotels
- Restaurants and catering
Key Responsibilities
• Tasking to achieve commercial and marketing objectives in line with supplier ambitions and KPI’s.
• Preparing Marketing Brand Plans for Glenfiddich, Grants and Hendricks working closely with WGS head office as well as the local Media and PR agency
• Running Advertising/Marketing activities according to the annual budget
• Identifying opportunities in the trade working closely with the Sales team to increase shelf space and visibility for all WGS portfolio.
Main achievements
• Launching Tullamore Dew, Irish whisky in March 2011. Depletions year on year +23%.
• Increasing numeric distribution in the off-trade by 18% and on-trade by 28% through a review of the route to market in a way that activates more aggressively the wholesale channel.
• Through an aggressive consumer data based mentoring and PR campaign behind Glenfiddich, sales have grown by 58% year on year and market share has grown by 13 %.
• Designing and implementing innovative and premium gifts with purchase offerings for Grants and Glenfiddich during key periods of the year. These have been shared within WGS brand team as ‘Best Practice’ offerings.
• Initiating a bar tender ‘Ambassadorial Program’ for Hendricks Gin which has increased distribution and depletions in the on-trade higher than expected targets.
• Launching Milagro Tequila in mid 2011 working closely with the Mexican Embassy and gained pouring deals with 12 key on-trade Mexican bars.
• Hosting a series of high profile PR events engaging directly with the trade, end-consumer and media to promote new launches and variants of Glenfdidich.
• Responsible of Off Trade and On Trade marketing by visiting all related outlets and reporting results.
• Responsible of events organization within the company covering portfolio and all brands ensuring continuous creative and innovative commercial and marketing actions on the floor.
• Developing a continuous and up-to-date research about all competitive products in the market including price lists, activities, on floor dynamism.
• Educating all responsible and concerned persons in relation to the sales of NEXTY products and ensure a very solid relation together.
• Ensuring that the products’ visibility is well respected and displayed as per NEXTY’s Client agreement.
