The project involved construction of two separate 4-star hotels on adjacent plots on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The scope of work included construction, fit-out and landscaping works, Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island features 400-rooms with 30 additional suites, while Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island Hotel is a 200-room hotel with an additional 10 suites. The scope of works also included construction of a ballroom, numerous function rooms, food and beverage outlets, and recreational facilities including pools.

The project is spread over an area of 72, 700 square meters. The complex which is being built along Sheikh Zayed Road for the Jabil Ali Free Zone Authority - JAFZA, includes facilities such as 22 meeting and conference rooms, exhibition halls and a 700 seat modular auditorium. Each tower will have 33 office floors and 3 basement floors. The impressive plans also include several retail outlets, lecture halls, a VIP Majlis, terrace restaurants, a fitness centre and parking for 4, 100 vehicles.
