* Manage and lead multi sales channel team (Field & Outlets), targeting Health Insurance market for Retail &
SME’s segment with a focus on building value based relationships with key partners in the market.
* Drive the regions sales force to achieve the overall objectives by forecasting, analyzing & initiating new sales
opportunities in line with the set AOP.
* Standardize the sales progression by maintaining steady KPI’s in terms of prospecting, appointments, presented
proposals & quotations.
* Resolve all customer complaints by stretching an arm of relationship with the medical providers & internal
related operational areas ie. Membership/ CSR.
* Jointly with management, create and implement sales plans addressing revenue, customer retention and market
main concerning issues.

* Ensure that sales policies and process flow are observed by team members in line with the operational and
regulatory mandates.
* Deliver certain levels of information on Health Insurance market regulations updates together with competitor
moves and recommend sales activations accordingly.
* Initiated from (8) Retail sales outlets & (4) Direct sales units in in Central / Eastern Regions, and Big Team of
sales.
* Jointly with Provider Mgt. Team, managed to expand the medical provider network by analysis & negotiation
unit rates and service standards offered to customers.
* Enforced with the team and participated in the internal awareness projects which relates to enhance the work
environment and elevate the service levels within the workforce.

* Joined Damac Properties in Jan 2016; position in sales management of Luxury high end products in KSA &
UAE.;
* Established a successful sales team consisting of Property consultants, Relationship Officers & Relationship
Managers;
* Recruiting, coaching, training and evaluation of sales team performance;
* Holding seminars, road shows locally to identify & expand new market business opportunities;
