B- Commercial and administrative and housing tower in Madi neighborhood, Cairo of 38 floors with built up area of about 22600 Sqm the building consist of two underground cars parking area 2400 Sqm, the first three floors are shopping mall with built up area 2700 Sqm, four floors administrative offices with built up area 2000 Sqm and 31 floors of housing flats with built area 15500 Sqm.Value is EGP 23, 000, 000.000.

D- Shamiya Tower, Kuwait City. The project is an Office Building, 26 storey complexes, with all modern facilities.Project value is KD 4, 000, 000.000.
