Working for Elm’s Government Resource Planning (GRP) as a Sr. Supply Chain Consultant and Solution Architect, the solution is built on top of OpenBravo ERP.

• Governance of the implementation of the National Government eProcurement Platform (working with Oracle OCS & KPMG), which falls under the broader e-Government initiative in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is aligned with the 2030 vision. The system will be used by all government agencies for their tendering and procurement activities, allowing suppliers and vendors to collaborate and participate in government tenders and various procurement activities online.
• Coordination with different levels of stakeholders (Tabadul, MOF, Yesser, SADAD, ..., etc.).
• Follow up with teams regarding any outstanding issues and taking relevant actions as required.
• Ensure the project is completed within the specified budget.
• Manage the approval process for all projects deliverables & managing vendors’ payments.
• Monitor project risks and perform the necessary mitigation approaches if required.
• Understanding and reviewing KPMG to-be (business future) documents. Ensuring it’s alignment with the Saudi government laws and regulations.
• Organizing meetings, gather requirements with MOF key users and ensuring all valid requirements are met and understood by the consulting partner (KPMG), the implementer (Oracle) and the project owner (Tabadul) management. In addition, other tasks such as participating & managing CRP workshops, MOF user training and UAT activities were involved.
• Responsible for the E-Catalog project. The project intersects with the e-Procurement to unify the item categories list using UNSPSC coding system. The item categories linked with the national vendors uploaded products and services using a different system (GTIN was suggested). I was responsible for the reviewing of the UNSPSC Arabic translation.
• Preparing RFP, presentations, management reports, project reports and aligning projects and initiatives with the company strategies.
• Implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications - Project Management, for managing Tabadul’s internal project status, schedules, and costs.

• Understand the clients business processes, suggesting improvements wherever possible, & mapping the requirements onto E-Business Suite as best as possible.
• Identifying gaps & suggesting solutions.
• Carrying out UATs, CRP, Managing Documentations, Go-Live activities and Post-implementation support.
•Interaction with the client, core team members & other consultants (mostly technical -offshore).
•Responsible for the Functional & Technical setup of Distribution Modules (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing Management) & other Advanced modules.
•Training end users, preparing end-user training material & test scripts.
•Handling tasks/concerns from the end user, raising Service Requests (SR) at Oracles Support portal and application support to end-users.
•Other presales activities when required (Tender Translation to English, Pre Bid Meetings, etc.).

• Responsible for Functional & Technical setup of Distribution Modules (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing Management, procurement, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Landed Cost Management) and it`s integration with other Supply Chain Modules & Other modules, For example, Finance & Discrete Manufacturing (ODM) modules.
• Responsible for delivering business process documents according to ABF Methodology.
• Carrying out Users Acceptance Test (UAT), Managing Documentations, Go-Live activities and Post implementation support.

Projects achieved:
1)Project: Human resource system (Saudi Ministry of Defense & Aviation):
- Role: System Analyst/Team Leader/ Project coordinator/ Software Engineer
- Description: The system is designed for the Ministry of Defense and Aviation-Ground Forces, for their human resource departments. The system has four main modules: Employment, Human Resources, Salaries & Benefits and Government Relations. The system provides all the operations and transactions for storing, inquiring & generating reports for the employees of the Ground Forces.

2) Project: Outgoing & Incoming Letters System:
- Role: System Analyst / Oracle Software Engineer.
- Description: The system provides the possibility of follow-up to incoming and outgoing letters and reports them in terms of achievement or lack of achievement, which increases the work efficiency and speed of decision-making.

Using various systems like: 5ESS, ICMS, Net Manager, NGN, Comptel & SHLR for the technical support of technicians(telecommunication)
In order to quickly solve major problems faced with the LI connector, which eventually solves the issues related to the telephone line or DLS service for the respected client.

• Responsible for a team of 5 programmers and scheduling their tasks.
• Analyzing customer requirements and then provide them as simple technical notes for the programmers.
• Following up with team members and solving problems that emerge (especially technical problems).
• Introduce new products or add new features to existing products.
• Anticipate serious product flaws and work toward achieving real solutions.
Estimating the cost for a new project and reporting to the administration.

1) Project: Human Resource system (Small to Medium sized companies):
- Role: Technical Leader/ Sr. Software Engineer & Arch, Developer and Analyst.
- Description: A customized system that has a very simple & user friendly interface which includes the following modules: Payroll, Work Time, Benefits Administration, HR management Information system, Recruiting, Training management system, Performance Record, Employee Self-Service.
This system is can be integrated with SCRIBES, a customized ERP system that is used to manage internal and external resources which includes the following modules: Account, Inventory, production and Payroll.

Projects achieved:
1) Fixed Assets management system:
- Description: A powerful user friendly application for managing & controlling Fixed Assets life cycle which is used for small to medium sized companies.
The application can be integrated with the ERP software “SCRIBES” & to a customized Report Builder which utilizes RDL to enable the user to create complex, yet easy-to-produce reports with the least efforts required.
