Responsibilities:-
• Based on industry best practices, support al Wakeel Company in creating a continuous improvement culture to deliver High productivity, quality & customer satisfaction: Lead, train and advise site individuals, cross-functional teams and Leadership in continuous improvement events, methodologies and tools (Lean/Six Sigma) application: Kaizen, Pareto, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, problem solving, visual control, TPM, PDCA, etc.
• Lead Cost Reduction, Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement projects and initiatives and provide updates and feedback to all levels of al wakeel management
•Leading the QA/QC teamwork.
• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
• Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets achieved.
• Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.
• Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.
• Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training;
• Ensuring tests and procedures properly understood, carried out, evaluated and that product modifications investigated if necessary.
• Writing technical and management systems reports.
• Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures;
• Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.

Studying the time and methods for all manufacturing processes in order to improve the efficiency and to increase the productivity by increasing the performance rates.

Acting as a project manager to implement new ERP software system (Epicor system).

Studying with the accounts department the cost breakdown for all products in order to eliminate the wastage with removing the non-added value.
Responsibilities
• QC:
a) Leading the QC teamwork.
b) Permanent supervision of the production processes and verification of compliance with quality standards.
c) Follow up the daily quality recordings, analysis, and develop the reports that used for process monitoring in order to achieve the development.
d) Permanent supervision of the examination of raw materials supplied to the factory.
e) Explain the terms, policies and quality procedures to the staff and employees of the company and motivate them to work out.
f) Follow work to reduce wastage in raw materials.
g) Analysis of quality problems by statistical methods.
h) Work on the development of production and inspection instructions, Develops quality tools and techniques that helps in enhancing the standard or quality of the product.
i) Maintain the percentage of defective products within the acceptable limits.
j) Participate in making analysis of time for the workers and the product.
k) Participate in the supplier evaluation and rehabilitation.
l) Participate in the evaluation of the performance of staff and workers in all departments through their implementation of quality standards.
m) Mapping the flow of the production stages and checkpoints to the delivery of the final product to the stores.
n) Submit periodic reports of achievements and failures and problems to senior management.
• Participation with QA section head:
a) Participation in internal audit as team leader to ensure that the system of the company compliance with ISO 9001

• QC:
A. Leading the QC teamwork.
B. Develop conditions, policies and quality procedures while providing the training to company staff.
C. Develop the inspection systems for raw materials by improving the test methods to ensure that all raw materials meets the required standards.
D. Using the statistical methods in quality control.
E. work on reducing the wastage in raw materials.
F. Develop a system to control the defective products.
G. Participate in the supplier evaluation and rehabilitation.
H. Participation in the performance evaluation for the labors.

A. Responsible to ensure the factory system compliance with ISO 9001 for 2008.
B. Develop a plan of internal audits with the implementation.
C. Issue regulations and instructions concerning the application of these procedures and follow up their implementation.
D. Control the conditions of permanent occupational safety and health in the factory and validated.
E. Following up the corrective actions.
