• Oversee the holding company’s consolidated financial performance, year-end closings, and issuance of audited financial statements.
• Prepare and present business performance and executive summaries to members of the group’s board.

b. Pharma Subsidiary (Saudi Pharmaceutical Co.):

• Spearheading operations of a multi-million-dollar pharmaceuticals distribution business, representing prominent European drug manufacturers.
• Oversee the subsidiary’s core functions including finance, treasury, sales, marketing, distribution, supply chain, vendor communications and business development.
• Set business goals and objectives, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute operational targets while directing department heads and regional teams.
• Own P&L and supervise the annual budgeting and forecasting process in coordination with sales and finance teams, while employing variance analysis to identify and streamline sources of variance.
• Control expenditure and plan allocations of cash inflows to ensure sufficiency of funds on order to timely settle liabilities and maintain a robust working capital.
• Prepare annual executive business reports to shareholders detailing financial performance, achievements, potential risks, recommendations and general market developments to assist in strategic decision making and overall business direction.
• Conduct market analysis to examine price positioning of local competitors; design and implement value-based product packages to retain existing clients, while attracting new clientele.
