Key Accountabilities:
•Prepare and execute monthly payroll via SAP system in order to ensure that all eligible employees get their salaries as per their contract timely.
•Prepare monthly reports on employees Head Counts, employees turn over etc. and submit to the authority in order to make better decisions regarding hiring, firing and other related HR issues.
•Monitor salary structure and benefits at all times
•Develop competitive benefit packages
•Ensure all packages and benefits are legal and as per company policy
•Oversee and developing personnel record systems
•Prepare and distribute information to employees
•Supervise annual leave encashment, offsycle payments, ESB of the employees for those who have left the company.
•Support in development of annual work plan and budget preparation
Balsharaf Group has different type of business (Sales & Distribution, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, workshops etc.).Head office is in Riyadh, KSA. It has more than 2500 employees and more than 40 branches in over the Kingdom.
Key Accountabilities:
•Prepare and execute monthly payroll via SAP system in order to ensure that all eligible employees get their salaries as per their contract timely.
•As per management decision, incorporate changes in the salaries, maintain and upgrade the salary data base accordingly.
•Make monthly reports for all changes in employee data base and provide it to management.
•Upgrade the employee’s information, maintain their records and keep the database updated.
•Prepare annual leave encashment, running Off Sycle, ESB of the employees for those who have left the company and maintain their records through employee files and systems as well.
•Prepare monthly reports on employees Head Counts, employees turn over etc. and submit to the authority in order to make better decisions regarding hiring, firing and other related HR issues.
•Coordinate with medical insurance company and follow up employees insurance issues as
(HR. Department) at Balsharaf Group
