Responsible as Project Manager for multi-disciplinary projects for major O&G and
Industrial clients;Responsible for PMC and Engineering for multi-disciplinary projects for
major clients;
• Organize scope clarification meetings, co-ordinate with multi disciplines concerned
including the level of detail and number of deliverables, estimate man-hours (CTR/Norm
based) for the scope of work established, prepare and submit technical and commercial
proposals against the RFQ;
• Lead the team of multi discipline engineers, coordinate for timely submission of
design deliverables, and ensure Internal Discipline Checks as per approved Design
Quality Assurance Plan.

Responsibility
•Coordinating between project discipline leads to support project-wide deliverables within the appropriate project schedule.
•Capturing and communicating major point to client and coordinate with concen deptt
•Ensuring constructability plans are in place and are being implemented
•Coordinate with Construction and Engineering sections on matters that need clarification
•Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
•Maintaing Weekly Quality report / Monthly Progress report for the project
•Maintain and update daily welding ( Inch per Dia) and Target achive data .
•Planning/Scheduling of minor and major modifications of Process area including Crude Distillation Unit, Vacume Distillation Unit, Visbreaking Unit, Gas Con. Unit, DieselMax Unit, NHT unit, CCR unit, Sulfur Recovery unit, Sulfur Solidification Unit.
• To review/issue daily schedules and verify work orders received in Maximo from different areas and checking their scheduling view of priority and resource availability.
•Coordination with Engineering, Technical Services and the Operations department in planning and execution of maintenance works but not limited to minor/major overhauls, modification works of plants/equipment, pipelines and other installations in the assigned areas.
•To generate, issue and follow up of Preventive Maintenance Plans (Monthly, Six Monthly and Yearly) consisting of approximately 300 work orders per month for plant maintenance, and issuance of their respective PM Reports.
•Follow up and monitoring of preventive and planned maintenance/modification schedules to avoid any plant/ equipment outage and keep the plant running in a safe manner.
•Planning, preparation of work packages, time schedules, and monitoring of shutdown jobs and assist maintenance team in emergency shutdown for availability of material, spares.
• Preparation of lubrication schedule comprising of oil makeup, replacement etc.
•Preparation of cost estimation/back charge reports including manpower/spares/ equipment costs for modification and major shutdown jobs including repairing of exchangers, mechanical seals damages of pumps.
•Preparation of monthly progress reports with graphical representation for management revie reflecting planed and actual man-hours comparison, job history of critical equipments and failure reports.
