• Witness inspections and tests so as to ensure project compliance is met.
• Resolve compliance issues by working with Sub-contractors/vendors.
• Working with both management and lower-level staff, coordinate information

• Carry out regular site inspection and supervision for substructure, superstructure, Underground utilities, Concrete Works, Scaffolding etc.

Client : Kuwait Oil Company (KOC)/PETROFAC.
Location : North Kuwait.
Scope : Construction of Manifold Group Trunk Line System (MGT) for GC‐29, 30 & 31 in North Kuwait.
New GC-32, Project. Which includes 4 Nos. Subgroup and 1 No. Main manifold for KOC (Kuwait Oil
Company) mainly having construction of Skid, Pig Launcher, Residual vessel pit, Manifold building,
Diesel Tank Shelter, Chemical Injection Shelter, Flow Line Pipe Supports, Transformer Foundation,
HV Shelter, High Security Fence, Low Security Fence, High Security Sliding Gate, Low Security
Gate, Construction of Culvert, Partition Wall inside manifold Building, Epoxy Paint, Du-Float Paint,
Raised Floor, Anti termite Treatment, 2 Lane 5 M Service Road, 6 M Access Road, Diesel Tank,
Pipe Sleepers, Road Bridge, Corrosion Monitoring Pit and Retention Pond etc.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Corresponding with clients to determine the types and functions of the fencing they require.
• Inspecting property plans to determine the parameters of each site when these are unclear.
• Conducting site inspections to ascertain the number of materials needed to complete each installation.
• Measuring the length of each section that requires fencing, and determining the requisite height of each fence in collaboration with clients.
• Suggesting alternate finishes based on the climate, topography, and appearance of each area, if needed.
• Trimming sections of the fencing to ensure that they are appropriate in size.
• Preparing the site by digging holes and trenches in which the fencing will be positioned.
• Joining, raising, and securing segments of the fence in place.
• Checking for gaps and vulnerabilities in the fencing and correcting these, if needed.
• Issuing warranties for completed projects.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide assistance to design and construction team.
• Perform design changes and improvements according to changing project demand.

• Quantification and cost calculation as per design & drawing.
• Verifying/Prepare all Cost invoices Civil, Piping and structural work as per project requirements.

• Follow up of the progress with Project team and reporting to the management and client on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Monitoring the Project/Shutdown and representing the contractor during execution.

• Conduct trial mix of concrete for:-

1. Finalization and submission of mix design of concrete for different grade of concrete as per structure requirement in presence of client.
2. Comparison trial of different brands and source of chemical admixture and analyze the performance and compare in terms of costing also to minimize the cost of chemical admixture. 3. Benchmarking of cement with different sources and based on results revised the mix design when source of cement is changed.
4. Conduct trials for special concrete as per project requirement, like self compacting concrete, light weight concrete, high strength concrete, high density concrete, fibered concrete, pervious concrete, and colored concrete or as per special structure requirement given by client.

•Conducting various training program for the field technician and fresher’s engineers in order to provide the knowledge of the work activity as per the client requirement to maintain and delivered good quality of concrete at site.
•All lab equipment maintenance, calibration and certification. And calibration of batching plant.
•Address concerns and issues raised by client on quality matters
•Participating in client meeting and resolving client/engineering and management project issue.
•Documentation of all test reports in company BOS (Business Operating System) Formats and maintain all documents in appropriate way.

Contract requirements.

• In process and Final Inspection of all civil jobs carried out at site/yard in coordination

with Client/Third Party Inspector

• Preparing Documentation and compile test packs for all jobs to meet client

requirements and as per specification.

• Implement all aspect of quality assurance/control system on all materials; keep on

file test results and calibration reports of test equipments.

• Witness along with the client representative and consultants the testing of materials

and structures (e.g. concrete sampling, trial mix, materials testing for building, etc.) if

it conforms to the design / specifications of the international standards.
