I managed site dismantling operations; including equipment’s loading and shipping to its designated local and abroad destinations (Assigned by Agence Public-France, Organizer, and main contractor of New Suez Canal Opening Ceremony). Also responsible of coordination with Suez Canal Authority, Armed forces, presidential delegations, contractors and other concerned parties.
• Monitoring, and appraising staff aiming best performance (370 in over 100 outlets)
• Monitoring sales (LE100MM annually), inventories (LE35MM), and audit committees
• Delivery requests to outlets (sq.m 6MM annually)
• Ensure high levels of consumer Satisfaction (Customers 1MM annually)
• Review and approve accounting reports, cash disbursement forms, Monthly commissions, allowances, and expenses (LE4MM annually)
• Executing renovation, and automation plans for existing outlets
• Launching new designs and qualities, and monitor its daily sales
• Follow-up complains to resolve and prevent its repetition
• Review, update, and register Local Market Department procedures and processes
• Managing Grand Cairo outlets (LE 3MM annually)
• Introducing new items
