Owner Representative, leading the supervision teams at sites.
Monitor the work progress.
Monitor the “performance/abidance” of the Contractors to project requirements.
Review/comment on Contractors reports and ensure timely completion for monthly/management reporting.
Coordinate and work very closely with different departments who have a direct/indirect link to the projects, such as Technical Office Department, Facilities Management, Property Handover, Customer Care and Sales.
Plan, organize, lead and monitor the assigned project to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed time, cost and specification.
Directing the supervision teams at sites
Coordination all engineering disciplines.
Revision of projects documents, coordination with technical office and designers, submitting changes recommendations if required.
General supervision for different construction and finishes work.
Revision and approval of Payment Certificates.
Preparing reports showing the status of progress at site compared with the scheduled plans, referring to hindrances,
submitting recommendations.
Attending meetings to discuss project progress.
- Supervising the stage of Excavation, Berliner Wall Anchored Shoring System, Mechanical Piling for Foundation.
- Revision of structural and architectural design drawings.

Supervising the stage of deep excavation for the four basements project, Perliner Wall Anchored Shoring retaining System and mechanical end bearing 1200 mm. Dia.bored piles and piles load tests.
Supervising all structural works for the skelton comprised of 4 basements, G.F and 14 repeated stories and a helipad at roof.
Review and approval of struct. Shop drawings and struct. Materials submittals prior to acceptance.
Inspection of finishes works including mechanical fixation of facades 30 mm thick cut-to-size granite cladding.
