Identifying and assessing potential hazards and accidents, monitoring safety/environment standards and compliance with regulations and develop and maintaining the HSE policy when required. \nDevelop and communicate safety and health policies. Monitor overall effectiveness of these policies in preventing occupational injuries and illness. \n Participates in various safety studies/activities, e.g.TRA, Safe work Practice, HAZOPs, JSAs, incident investigations, compliance reviews. Maintains accident reports. \n Conduct weekly/monthly safety meetings. Take action on safety items noted. \n Promote, support and participate in Synergie System. \n Prepare programs and arrange participation training sessions in conjunction with line management. \n Conduct frequent audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of HSE Programs on critical operations/equipment and procedures at assigned location; present recommendations for improvement and follow-up their implementation \n Working with internal and external multi-functional/multi-discipline groups. \n Ensure compliance with Company, Client and Regulatory authorities, Policies and Procedure during assignments to projects and within area of responsibility \n Promotes full and open communication on the subject of safety \n Member of the HSE Division. \n Support and advice the Chef Service Prevention on HSE related technical matters - Technical HSE resource to Operations teams. \n Provide support to Prevention Technicians, Operation staff, TAR staff, PTW Coordinators. \n HSE Champion - feedback on Safety performance. \n Has an extensive knowledge o the Control of Work Program. \n Ensures the company conformity with HSE standards and procedures. \n Coordinate HSE awareness campaigns, surveys, systems Audits and external Team investigations. \n Conduct the Safe Work Practice project from the beginning to the end
