• Accountable for drilling and re-entry sidetrack operations utilizing four day rate rigs to achieve objectives with benchmarked performance.
• Plan and implement “Technical Limit” process for well operations.
• Conduct “Drill the Well on Paper” sessions and pre-commencement meetings.
• Monitor daily Well Operations. Provide safe and environmentally sound drilling engineering solutions.
• Ensure technical integrity of the operations and compliance with in-country law, corporate policy, international standards and guidelines.
• Produce end of well reports for the day rate rigs, including lessons learned, NPT analysis, and optimization recommendations. Provide ad hoc programme review of turnkey drilling operations.
• Interface and coordinate with service contractors for job planning and post job analysis.
• Technical bid evaluations and reviewing service company contracts.
• Liaison with Supply Chain Management for procurement of long lead items as per drilling schedule.
• Supervise and Mentor young Iraqi drilling engineering staff.

• Assisted in developing and reviewing service contractors’ performance against KPIs. Reported on contractors' equipment, service failure and malfunction analysis through Eni FB01 forms.
• Prepared ITTs and evaluated drilling tenders.
• Identified Offshore and On-shore Well Long Lead equipment requirements, generated Requisitions/Statement of Requirements, and managed order strategy.

• Planned Eni Pakistan’s first offshore well (85 m water depth) drilled with Jack-up rig. Actively involved in establishing the Marine base
• Contract Management for Offshore Drilling campaign
• Maintained Eni Global D & C data requirements and quarterly submission of DPR/CPR in co-ordination with Rushmore Reviews.
