Worked directly under the Planning and Controls Manager as a Project Planning Engineer for the awarded contract package. Responsible for preparing, follow up, updating and reporting the contract execution baseline programme of works, preparation of extension of time claim application with all necessary supporting documents.

Work Summary:

Worked directly under the Construction Manager as Project Engineer for the completion and hand over of the car park, utilities & services of the project. The work covered a total built up area of 39, 000 sq.m with a work force comprising of 1 superintendent, 1 supervisor, 8 foremen and 150+ tradesmen.

Worked directly under the Project Engineer/Section Manager as a Civil Site Engineer for the completion and handing over of one of the apartments (3 basements + 10 floors + roof + upper roof) and recreation building (3 basements + 3 floors + roof + upper roof) having a work force comprising of 1 superintendent, 2 supervisors, 12 foremen and 200+ tradesmen.
