Key Achievements
1. Curated and effectively utilized user-generated content to help foster higher engagement and a sense of community that grew our social media following from 100 to over 20 000 in less than 4 months.
2. Successfully drafted and implemented an expansion of the Brand Guidelines leading to a more comprehensive and consistent brand identity across all platforms and marketing channels.
3. Formulated and implemented comprehensive Marketing Strategies for various online and offline marketing campaigns including but not limited to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat), Print media (billboards and other marketing collateral), website content and blogs.
4. Effectively directed the creative process from idea generation, strategy development and implementation. Ensuring that the creative team executed ideas generated in accordance with provided briefs and brand guidelines.
5. Performed extensive research and collated information into concise reports and presentations used for investor presentations, key planning and decision making by company directors.
6. Collaborated with third-party agencies and worked with influencers to create compelling and engaging content by retaining overall creative control whilst creating an environment that promoted creativity and individual expression.

•Helping and directing clients and general enquiries to the most relevant staff member, ensuring that clients are served timely and potential clients retained.
•Coordinating with Management and Department heads with regards to recruitment, performing the initial c.v and resume screening, setting up interviews and responsible for the new recruit orientation and office tour.
•Implementation of HR policies and procedures especially with regards to leave and holiday scheduling to avoid timing conflicts, maintaining and managing the holiday calendar, accounting for individual leave, sick and other days taken in a calendar year.
•Managing the effective implementation of weekly job trafficking by reconciling proposed traffic schedule to actual logged timesheets.
•General timesheet management and report generation in order to assist in the effective billing of clients based on actual hours worked per project.
•Creating and issuing LPOs, Estimates, Invoices and Receipts on Freshbooks.
•Creating Job numbers for new clients and jobs based on a pre-existing system.
•Performing cash disbursements and acquittals in the absence of the Finance Director.
•Managing Payroll, TRFs and other bank transactions in the absence of the Finance Director.
•Client serving and acting as the Managing Director’s point of contact when out of office.
•Managing diaries, travel arrangements, attending meetings as a proxy, minute taking and generating internal and external communications on behalf of management.
•Working on secondment for clients as and when required.

•Worked on secondment as an end user program beta tester and formulated the use and best practice for using a new software application to the IT and Marketing team, reporting system flaws and bugs as they arose.
•Managed and curated an online digital library that included images, audios and videos.
•Migrated digital assets from an offline server to an online-live access-interactive-digital platform.
•Formulated and created descriptive catch phrases and descriptions to help users to easily search and find different assets online.
•Consulted and coordinated with the Godolphin team to set up a separate digital asset bank and digital platform specific to Godolphin.
