Providing advice, support and practical assistance to Clients user on All Intermec & Honeywell Mobility & Scanning Devices and all Software Related to Supply Chain
Management Application & Solution via Phone & E-mail & Remote Computers Tools or Onsite Service whilst ensuring a high level of customer service.
DUties:
• Providing technical support, answering support queries via phone & email
• Remote administration and management of customer premises equipment
• Recording and actioning faults as reported on: PC’s, servers, laptops and mobile
•Determining the nature of faults and the steps required to rectify.
• Perform maintenance on all Mobility devices & Scanning & Printing Devices of Honeywell & Intermec.
•Perform Inspection for troubleshooting Problems on Scanning & Mobility devices that arrive to service Center to provide Maintenance team with maintenance Need for the devices.
•Perform QA after Maintenance for the Mobility & Scanning Devices of Intermec & Honeywell devices before deliver it to customer.
•Using remote control software tools to provide fault resolution and diagnosis.
•Closing the job when normal service is resumed.
• Writing progress and statistical reports for supervisors and managers.
• Train and supervise other new support engineering staff.
