-Writing scope of work and specification of all type of civil works and surveys (rig platforms, chemical storage, pits, roads, camps, water source wells, waste management area, others) for technical tenders.
-Preparing initial designs for rig platforms, chemical storage, pits, roads, camps water source wells and waste management area.
-Analyzing survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
-Directing and providing guidance to survey company to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
-Providing information to management, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mails, or in person.
-Maintaining work records, information and project data on company directories.
-Work with Drilling & Operations Manager to develop project schedules.
-Preparing progress reports as required.
-Assisting in defining Civil HSE issues for construction sites.
-Assisting in tendering, contractors evaluation/short listing, bids evaluation and contractors award follow up.

Acting as company technical representative in supervising, coordinating with maintenance and operation, reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), monitoring quality and providing technical support for some major contractors such as Bonatti, J&P, MAN and Schlumberger. Responsible for design review, construction supervision, inspection and installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning of all civil / structural work required in oil and gas field developments and refineries. All projects executed according to BS, ACI, HSSE cods, specifications and techniques. Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancing initiatives. Activities include:
- Tanks concert foundations and returning walls (12 oil and water tanks) up to 300, 000 barrel.
- Gas compressors / gas treatment facilities (VRUs, coolers, control/metering stations, etc.) and foundations.
- Pipe lines low / high pressure (trunk / flow lines) for oil, gas, water injection and water sources (carbon steel, GRP, GRE, PE and PVC pipes) up to 32 inch: pigging out, trenching, bedding, backfill, marking, road crossing / road work (using pipe sleeves, concert ducting, concert trenches, etc.). Hundreds of kilometres in open lands, GOSPs (oil and gas separators plants) and gathering stations (manifolds).
- Platforms for gathering stations (manifolds), electrical / instruments distribution systems, filters, valves, pipe racks, other facilities and drilling platforms.
- OHTL (overhead power lines). Hundreds of towers (terminal, angle and suspension towers).
- Water and sewage treatment plants: two water and three sewage plants.
- Buildings: prestige buildings (reception building in CCX, departure building on field airport and administration building), control buildings, 36 accommodation complexes (6 studios in each) and clinics.
- Service facilities projects: three fuel stations, three swimming pools, workshops, warehouse and fire fitting stations (inside GOSP includes water tank, foam tanks, monitors, pumps platform and pipe racks foundations for piping network.
- Airport project: 3 kilometres airstrip (specification for Boeing 747 landing and also as emergency airport for other aircrafts), departure / control building, fuel station for aircrafts and garage building for fire fitting vehicles.
- Roads: over a hundred kilometres of asphalt roads and service roads include site preparation jobs.
- Prefabrication concrete elements (precast concrete foundations, platforms, etc).

Carry out, assess, supervise and follow-up of site operations until project completion of numerous projects including:
- Airport Road Project: building of offices, accommodation buildings, gymnasium hall (510 m2), swimming pool, mini zoo (3000 m2), roads and parking areas;
- Regatta villas extension and maintenance;
- New residence villa construction / Gharghur.
- Al-Khoms Railway Project: construction work for factory for pre-stress concrete sleepers (3100 m2), hanger warehouse (2300 m2), administration building and a mosque.

- Carryout out all maintenance work for the Libyan Trade Bank, which included: sanitary maintenance, water pipe network installation, plastering work, painting work, tiles and ceramic work, change of sanitary accessories, marble work, secondary roofs, lighting, electrical installation, doors and windows installation and block work;
