Preparing records, reports, and all other Production indicators.
Supervision the development of Irrigation and landscape construction plans, specifications, estimates, and other contracts documents.
Oversees closely field inspections of Irrigation & landscape progress to determine compliance with terms and specifications.
Preparing feeding and vaccination schedules for livestock, poultry, and other farm animals.
Preparing the needful care operations for palm, citrus and other fruit trees such as but not be limited pest control, fertilization, irrigation schedule, and pruning.

Project Manager for Development of the Intersection of King Abdul-Aziz Road and King Fahad Road at Royal Commission in Yanbu.
1. Submitting all project documents for Royal Commission including but not limited to: Work plan, QC/QA Plan, Shop drawings and Manpower & equipment lists. And update the necessary ones continuously.
2. Supervising the progress of the project works according to the set work plan and preparing weekly technical reports and submitting them to the Royal Commission.
3. Follow up all daily project activities Excavation, Soil Mixing, Installation of Irrigation Systems, Planting and Installation of Decorative & hardscape elements.
4. Preparing all contract's documents such as: Submittal materials, Inspection requests, invoices ...etc. and follow up them with Royal Commission.
5. Monitoring of daily attendance for Manpower & equipment and report to the relevant sections.

1. Supervise and Follow up for all Operation and Maintenance of Landscape and Irrigation Systems.
2. Study the materials submitted and prepare the engineering review.
3. Prepare of periodic reports such as, but not limited to, weekly completion report, Areas development report and Statistical reports.
4. Preparing the annual operating plan and its sub-plans.
5. Execution of site inspections and reception for new locations.
6. Approving to the expenses and invoices for project purchases.

1. Follow up the Landscaping systems at location responsible for it constantly.
2. Submitting of Weekly Activities Schedule and Accomplishment Report.
3. Supervision of the all necessary Landscaping Maintenance such as Cultivation, Fertilization, Weeding, and Pest Control.
4. Follow up the attendance daily for area team work and assign them to work orders.

1. Managing all Agricultural marketing and activities within the marketing department for the company.
2. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
3. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
4. Overseeing the company's Agricultural marketing budget.

1. Development the plans and programs work of the branch and follow up their implementation, evaluation and development.
2. Follow up technical work of project managers and supervisors, support them and provide them advices to raise their competencies.
3. Check out all stages and submit proposals to increase production grade.
4. Prepare periodic and annual reports on the level of work in the branch.
