ACHIEVEMENTS
Led the Development, establishment and implementation of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 which raised the evaluation score of our ( Marbu ) asphalt production plant quality management system from 61% to 82% qualifying the organization for statutory approval to produce asphalt again.
Led the successful transition of our quality management system from ISO 9001:2008 to 2015 version which increased our customer’s confidence in our consistency in delivering quality products & services and increase in market competitiveness.
Supervised various structural buildings (Hotel, residential buildings, kahramaa Substation) projects from foundation level up to finishing level.
Developed and implemented a checklist based on client’s requirements which eliminated resubmission and rejection of material request approval thereby increasing the progress of work.
Developed and implemented various registers, logs and forms using Microsoft excel to maintain records, gather data and to analyze data for effective monitoring and evaluation of the quality management system.
Duties performed:
•Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made pass the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.
•Monitor all quality related activities on the project(RFI, RIR/MIR)
•Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
•Liaise with the Client's representatives (Consultant “Parson Brinckerhoff”) for the conduct of day-to-day quality related project activities.
•Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or cancel the stop work order upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies
•Ensure that Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) are raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices.
•Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention
• Ensures corrective action are taken toward non-conformance activities/tasks within allowed time
•Responsible for all material inspection, ensuring all materials delivered to site conform to specified requirement and prepare MIR before use and also check MAR(Lists of approved submittals) to know whether it has been approved by the Client/ before use.
•Prepares documents and reports project activities and information on daily basis, Organizes QA/QC reports and documents project data and activities, ensuring all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements.

Duties performed:
•Take control for all quality measures and procedures of construction methodology of work in project site and reporting all punch list items to sub-contractors.
•Providing Quality Control site inspection report and upload to System (data base) on daily basis.
•Coordinate with project manager and supervise the preparation of test activities to ensure all deficiencies, generating and providing the required QA Specifications to check Sub-contractors work and monitor review all punch list items and progressively ensure that all activities are recorded and reported.
•Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the specifications requirements.
•Follow-up of each deficiency corrections until 100 per cent completed.
•Civil/Structural/Architectural drawing and document reviewed and approval.
•Ensuring that all finishing work is completed as per the contract specifications and drawings.
•Taking note and pictures of punch list finishing defects on site and submit to sub-contractors for correction before handling over Co-ordinate all ITPs (temperature of concrete test, slump test, Air content test, Concrete Compressive and Reinforcement Tensile) with the Consultant.
