• Communicate with internal PIC from production factories and document teams to fulfil the need of buyers.
• Regularly communicate with buyers for potential sales and update information and find solution to achieve smooth sales and export shipment.
• Handle documents and deal with shipping agents to export in time without issues.
• Gather information and feedback from locators ( investing companies ) by arranging face to face/ online meeting and collecting surveys.
• Based on inquiries and complaints, analyze find out solution by working and sharing with internal departments.
• Provide best service to locators' operation.
• Maintain relationship with customers to better understand needs and wants and to maximize customers' satisfaction.
• Deliver up to date information and MJTD's projects concerning Thilawa SEZ operation to locators.
