• Organizing regional and divisional sales operations of Emirates Macaroni, 3M Scotch Brite, Pinar, Atkins across all channels in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Western Region to meet the Budget/Forecast

• Number based negotiation to finalize the Business Development Contracts on a win-win situation and implementation of visibility agreements to organize and manage effective network of retail distribution system
• Tracking of Weighted & Numeric distribution, monitor revenues and Optimizing Trade Spend (Less than 20%) for better Return on Investment
• Registered 16% YTD Growth in 2020 with FY turnover of 36 million
• Implementing War on Wastage and thereby reduced Stock write off to 0.23% from 0.54%
• Achieved highest ever sales for 3M Scotch Brite in Q1 2020
• Successfully contributed in registering double-digit growth of 44% for Pinar, Emirates Macaroni 14% and 3M Scotch Brite 12% during YTD Dec 2020
• B Class outlets in AUH/Alain registered a growth of 27% YTD Dec 2020
• Performed the sales, distribution and attained the visibility objectives of world renowned brands like Heinz, Dabur, Scotch Brite, Crown Dates, Mazola, Nestle Purina, Campbell & Libby’s products to designated outlets in Abu Dhabi
