1. Process implementation in dealer outlets and SPOC to the company.
2. Vendor empanelment, talent management and generalist activities.
3. Periodic competency assessment, coaching, training and development, performance
management system (PMS), learning management system (LMS) and R&R.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide need based training to improve efficiency and production.
• Responsible for overall HR functions not limited to recruitment, payroll, induction & training, PF & ESI, performance management, labor management and exit formalities.
• Prepare job descriptions, KRA's and KPI's.
• Assist in plan, frame and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and processes in alignment with the overall organization.
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
• Having adequate knowledge of the statutes, responsible for fulfilling the statutory requirements, attending conferences/sessions and being up-to-date with the continuous changing laws.
• Representing the organization in the court of Kerala and provide amicable solutions for any grievances brought by former/current employees.
• Developing and maintaining relationships between key clients and company.
• Managing communications between key clients and team.
• Responsible for managing sales team, obtain profitable results through counseling, product knowledge and skills development.
• Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, induction and training, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct education/employment background check for US clients, review quality and escalated cases.
• Group leader, floor supervisor and trainer for new hires.
• Monitor team performance, set monthly goals and performance reporting.
• Customer support for US credit card division.
• Handling escalated cases, acting team lead, performance tracking, setting targets, roster scheduling and reporting.
