The work involved in leading the entire gamut of activities for Finance and Accounts function, summarizing current financial status by collecting information and preparing the Balance Sheet & P&L Statement, manage companys receivable & payable and provide timely and reliable schedules of Collection / payment Report and Ageing of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable and reconciliation of accounts, ensuring effective allocation of cash resources by supervising activities related to placement of funds with optimal returns, finalizing monthly payroll and maintaining accurate records related to attrition, recruitment and control over expenses on recruitment, responsible and monitor all bank transactions including deposit, withdrawal, T/T, Account Opening, negotiations for Credit Facilities, responsible for preparation & reporting of monthly financial results and perform month end closing activities in accordance with reporting deadlines and reviewing financial results by year-on-year and quarterly comparison of company performance both in terms of the top line and bottom line.
