The job involved overseeing & directing the Accounting & Finance division of this company which is well established and having forward looking business in the field of Environmental projects in Kuwait. The work involved in leading the entire gamut of activities for Finance and Accounts function, summarizing current financial status by collecting information and preparing the Balance Sheet & P&L Statement, manage companys receivable & payable and provide timely and reliable schedules of Collection / payment Report and Ageing of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable and reconciliation of accounts, ensuring effective allocation of cash resources by supervising activities related to placement of funds with optimal returns, finalizing monthly payroll and maintaining accurate records related to attrition, recruitment and control over expenses on recruitment, responsible and monitor all bank transactions including deposit, withdrawal, T/T, Account Opening, negotiations for Credit Facilities, responsible for preparation & reporting of monthly financial results and perform month end closing activities in accordance with reporting deadlines and reviewing financial results by year-on-year and quarterly comparison of company performance both in terms of the top line and bottom line.
Additional responsibility given as Operations Manager of Al Khaznah Establishment, which is one of the most well-known distributers in Kuwait, representing renowned and well-known companies of Europe and USA, in the field of laboratory instruments. Pressing responsibilities include, but not limited to, import & export, retail, advertising, sales, servicing, maintenance, office management, general administration etc. Reporting directly to the Chairman. Full in-charge and responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company. Team responsibility in achieving sales, procurement, correct bookkeeping and accounts, inventory, entering into strategic and responsible contracts and agreements with Government, domestic and international companies, trouble shooting and providing strategic solutions when necessary, advising higher management on related policies.

Teach & train Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA students in Accounting & Finance subjects according to the modules and syllabus of Herriot Watt University, UK. As Course coordinator, was the full in-charge of the students in the first stage of Business Management study. Administration & Management of students and staff was a vital responsibility at this stage.
Garden City College, the second biggest in the fifth largest city of India, boasts of students from 22 countries. As a senior professor, was responsible in teaching & guiding students in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Human Resource Management etc., at the MBA & BBM level as per the Bangalore University curriculum. Administration & Management of students and faculty at this level was a primary responsibility.
Responsibilities included but not limited to teaching students Accounting & Finance subjects as per the Bangalore University syllabus at the MBA & BBM level. At the same time, held the responsibility as the Head of Management Department, which involved 23 faculties and 600 students.
