• Financial: forecasting, budgeting along with feasibility plan.
• Managerial: communicating with brand area managers and brand operations managers for day to day tasks. Preparation and creation of Business Plan for UAE market.
• Sales: D2D sales calls, managing key accounts.
• Other: sales activity plan to reach sales targets.

• Financial: forecasting, budgeting, feasibility study, costing of recipes, menu engineering and invoicing.
• Managerial: leading catering service staff and communicating with other department heads for smooth operation.
• Sales: D2D sales, managing key accounts and securing new business.
• Franchise: preparing franchise manuals and creation of Catering Franchise Manual along with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Marketing: liaising with marketing agency on various marketing tools (flyers, banners etc…)
• Other: working on independent projects/tasks for managing director.

Responsibilities: Organizing corporate and leisure event.
Reporting to: Revenue Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing

• Financial: weekly, monthly revenue reports, invoicing, booking PM Accounts on Opera system.
• Managerial: training other trainees in the department.
• Sales: sales meetings with new and existing guests.
• Others: updating rate codes, booking on Opera system and visa applications for tourists.

Responsibilities: In charge of the store during the weekends.

• Financial: cashier reports, changing prices in the reporting system and inventory taking.
• Managerial: taking care of store in the absence of the store manager, managing staff schedule.

Responsibilities: Reaching out to companies, individuals with sales tools in order for them to participate with donations to this charity.

Responsibilities: Performing check-in/check-out and substituting financial controller while on leave.
