Manage budgets of up to AED 100, 000 for over 150 attendees
Managing effectively the M&E team in the organization while providing high levels of service standards, maximizing existing client base and providing outstanding service support.
Food & Beverage service with high techniques and standards
Meeting with organizers and providing designs as per their set up specifications as agreed with the M&E sales executive.
Negotiating with the external suppliers for procuring products needed for the department.
Finalizing the set ups in coordination with the customers and M & E sales team.
Directing recruitment of new staff members for the department.
Driving efforts towards achieving sales targets and motivating the team as well.
