• Manage and maintain a portfolio of tourism products, including attractions, tickets, tours, transfers, and destination experiences, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, and booking conditions across all systems.
• Handle day-to-day operations of the B2B booking portal, including processing reservations, amendments, cancellations, and customer inquiries while ensuring service accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers to update product offerings, negotiate rates, monitor availability, and ensure contractual terms are accurately reflected within booking platforms.
• Manage ticket inventory by maintaining stock records, tracking allocations, monitoring utilization, and updating balances in Excel and internal booking systems to prevent overselling or stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of product content, pricing, and inventory to ensure data integrity and compliance with supplier agreements.
• Monitor booking trends, product performance, and sales activity, providing operational insights and recommendations to improve product utilization and revenue generation.
• Support the onboarding of new suppliers and products by collecting required documentation, uploading product information, and configuring booking parameters within the system.
• Liaise with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve booking issues, supplier disputes, and customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate and maintain operational reports related to bookings, inventory status, supplier performance, and product availability using Excel and internal reporting tools.
• Ensure all supplier confirmations, vouchers, and travel documentation are accurately processed and delivered within agreed service levels.
• Monitor market trends and destination updates to identify new tourism products and opportunities for portfolio enhancement.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational coordination and high service standards.
• Assist in testing and validating system updates, product uploads, and booking workflows to ensure seamless portal functionality and user experience.
• Support travel operations by coordinating logistics, confirming service delivery, and ensuring a smooth end to-end booking experience for clients and partners.
• Adhere to company policies, service quality standards, and operational procedures while contributing to
continuous process improvement initiatives.
