Overseeing the preparation of:
oMS, QCP, ITP, PQP, MAR, etc.
oAttaining Sample Approvals for Respective MAR approvals.
oTracking Logs of NCR, RFI, SOR, Shop Drawings, Site and Material Inspection Requests and other records
oSite Inspection Request, MIR, Site Observation, RFI, Calibration, Correspondence, Minutes of Meetings.
oRaising/Follow Up/Closure Quality Violation/ Internal NCR to the sub-contractor/ Supplier if necessary if not following as per Method Statements and Material Submittal.
oTracking of Inspections for the closure of Shafts, False Ceiling, Fire Sealant & Testing Commissioning.
oWeekly Report to Management about the status of Inspections

Overall implementation of all QAQC systems as per QMS and ISO standards.
Obtain Manufacturer’s Test Certificates for all equipment tested off site in accordance with the test plan and offer inspection of any equipment to Consultant prior to delivery.
Ensure that implementation of field inspection for installation, testing and commissioning done by the Subcontractor is in accordance with the latest approved Drawings, Method Statements, & Contract Specifications.
Checking/ monitoring of MEP (mainly HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Irrigation System, Potable Water System, Storm Water System, 11KV Cables, Feeder Pillars, Street Light Poles - 255 No’s, Substations - 8No’s, SCADA System for Water Tanks, LPG System, Solar System & FA/TV Cables) work at site.
Coordinate with other trade contractors for proper site implementation and execution.
Prepare and submit samples & technical specifications of mechanical materials and equipments for approval.
Monitor the correction of all snag/punch lists and corrective actions of non-conformances to standard requirement.
Ensure completion for testing and commissioning of all installed materials & equipments.
Interact with the project team in Quality requirements.
Carry out Internal Audits and Internal Inspections.
Looking into Health and Safety Environment in the sites.
Carry out First Aid whenever necessary.
Successfully Hand Over the project to the client.
Responsible to check the isometric drawings and survey the actual location going to installation.
Erection and installation of pipe lines as per GAD, P&ID and isometrics drawings.
Monitoring and witnessing of Hydro-Testing.
Site supervision and inspection of piping.
Supervision of fabrication and installation of all kinds of pipes and fittings as per drawing.
Conversion of GAD drawing into Isometric.
