•Control safe startup, normal and shut operations by DCS as per established procedures and manuals.
•Operates and adjust unit conditions, parameters through Distribution Control System(DCS)
•Handle all unit emergencies and take proper actions accordingly
•Communicate with all parties for any unit upsets, start up, shutdown and emergency
•Operates & Troubleshooting all unit equipments at plant
•Responsible for giving instructions to field operators
•All the duties to be done according to PTW (Permit to work) system & in safe manner
•Maintaining process specifications within client standard limits.
•Supporting the shift supervisors in running the plant & cover the manpower shortage during the shift
•Report any defects and coordinate with maintenance for rectification
•Making the production report daily and monthly
