Reporting to DMG Chairman, this role has two direct reports and is responsible for setting strategic direction inside the Egyptian market and investigating opportunities for regional market expansion. Key responsibilities include performing strategic planning, achieving market share and sales growth, key account management, overseeing marketing plans and public relations.

 Established the Business Development Committee in DMG- Engineering Sector; led the committee members (A cross-functional team from different companies) and successfully developed the framework and business objectives.
 Defined the long-term strategic business and organizational goals for the Business Development Committee - Engineering Sector, in line with DMG strategic context.
 Drove the development of Non- DMG contracts for the portfolio of engineering companies; to reach +250 Million Egyptian Pounds in 2013; achieving 60% year - on - year growth rate in a flat growth industry.
 Guided the development and implementation of the annual marketing plans for the engineering companies, and directly controlled a budget of 13 Million Egyptian Pounds split between three companies.
 Initiated the business-to-business models with the top notch real estate developers in Egypt, driving an incremental annual Non- DMG contracts of 80 Million Egyptian Pounds.
 Collaborated with the management of DMG Engineering companies to develop and lead the regional entry/ expansion strategies, gaining entry in 2 new markets.
 Developed high-level regional relationships with potential investors/ partners, and led the Saudi market partnership agreement.
 Directed the development of a sectorial/regional market research designed to magnify the new business opportunities, and directs the efforts of the marketing team.

Member of the Board of Directors, this role has five direct reports and is responsible for leading and setting strategic direction for the National and International Business. Key responsibilities included financial performance, achieving revenue growth and market share, contract management, implementing new service development and identifying new business opportunities.

 Led the growth of the company to +50% in revenues, becoming one of the most recognized names in the industry, particularly in the residential sector.
 Increased the overall profits by +80% in 2013/2014 through restructuring the Senior Team in DMA; training, orienting and coaching managers; communicating strategies and objectives; overseeing plans, monitoring and appraising results.
 Introduced automation to the overall business operations through the implementation of ERP systems; the systems were fully implemented early 2014.
 Developed the strategic plan, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, by identifying the external opportunities and threats in Egypt and the GCC countries; analyzing the internal resources, competencies and value chain activities; and then setting DMA competitive advantage, its business-level strategy, and the function-level strategies and goals.
 Evaluated Egypt and GCC countries’ competitive profile and successfully led the development and implementation process of the marketing plans and activities carried out in Egypt; to maximize the awareness and market share; and adopted new market entry strategies.
 Assisted the senior managers within the organization to prepare short term and long term goals to achieve the overall business and organization objectives.
 Led quarterly business review meetings to ensure achieving the targeted progress in the operations and practice business discipline.

 Developed a CSR culture inside the organization, and successfully participated in developing the concept and the construction package of Ma’an Foundation for Developing Slums.

Reporting to the CEO, this role has three direct reports and is responsible for leading and setting strategic direction for all Mountain View Projects. Key responsibilities included reviewing development briefs, development feasibility, financial performance, achieving sales growth and market share, approving business plans, marketing and sales strategies, asset management strategy, master development schedules, construction overseeing, key stakeholders relationship management, and human resources strategy and plans.

 Directed Mountain View portfolio of 10 real estate projects across Egypt, all valued at +6800 Million Egyptian Pounds.
 Developed and implemented the strategic plan for the Real Estate Development Management Sector in DMG.
 Managed the development of Mountain View Hyde Park/ October Park projects’ strategic sales plans, innovative business model and consumer-friendly products; achieving a total sales of +3600 Million Egyptian pounds in 2 years.
 Oversaw the projects execution plans, deliveries and construction progress with a total yearly budget of +450 Million Egyptian Pounds.
 Handled the existing partnership agreements with different real estate investors and landlords across Egypt, and other target regional markets, developed high-level local and regional relationships with potential investors and was the key contact in new formal agreements.
 Identified the potential real estate opportunities in conjunction with the strategic plan and the development annual operation plans.
 Participated in developing two successful development concepts; the Park Concept and the i-Villa concept; which were successfully implemented in Mountain View Executive Residence and the Park projects.
 Led the quarterly business plan review meetings for Mountain View projects to review the projects financials, sales review, marketing plans and the construction progress, and guided the needed corrective actions in order to meet contractual obligations and budget constraints.
 Oversaw the legal, financial, technical, partners and stakeholders due diligence processes and the initial cost plan and planning authorities’ endorsement before performing the formal commitment for Mountain View Hyde Park project.
 Supported the fund raising and investment related tasks.

Member of the Board of Directors, and reporting to the General Manager. This role has four direct reports and over 110 employees, key responsibilities included directing all Mountain View real estate projects, projects financial performance, feasibility studies, concept development, managing consultants, construction overseeing, facilities management and clients’ handover.

 Directed all Mountain View projects, 3 projects in New Cairo, 2 projects in North coast and 2 projects in Sokhna, all valued at +2200 Million Egyptian Pounds at that time.
 Led cross-functional teams to develop 8 real estate projects’ concepts, projects were successfully launched and sold-out between 2006 and 2009.
 Conducted the project final review of feasibility studies in terms of cost and revenue centers, pricing plans and cash flow scenarios.
 Oversaw the key project launch activities in line with the marketing strategies and the marketing activity calendar, and controlled yearly budget of +10 Million Egyptian Pounds.
 Handled the preliminary construction planning sessions to meet the commercial/ contractual deadlines, the corporate obligations and with respect to the development guidelines.
 Managed a yearly construction budget of +300 Million Egyptian Pounds across 8 projects, managed the cost reduction initiatives to overcome building materials prices inflations.
 Initiated the process of handing-over from the main contractor to operator, and successfully managed to hand over more than 110 acres to the assigned facility manager.
 Guided the clients’ delivery process across the portfolio of managed projects, and successfully managed to hand-over +300 units to clients.
 Conducted the quarterly business plans review meetings to review the projects financials, and the construction progress, guided the corrective actions required to meet contractual obligations and budget constraints.
 Managed the relationship between Mountain View Company and the governmental and key authorities to get the needed approvals and licenses during the different projects life cycles.

Reporting to the CEO. This role had four direct reports, key responsibilities included managing all the project activities, preparing feasibility studies, concept development, managing consultants and leading sales and marketing activities.

 Managed Mountain View first real estate project in New Cairo, valued at +220 Million Egyptian Pounds, including consultants management and key sales and marketing activities.
 Participated in the process of choosing the appropriate layouts and design models in line with the approved design concept, and identified the project key facilities and created the main spaces program.
 Supervised legal and governmental responsibilities for the project, including but not limited to obtaining the required ministerial decrees, licenses and governmental approvals.
 Pre-qualified the consultants and subcontractors.
 Directed the project planning phase in respect of scope and deliverables, work breakdown, phasing and milestones, dependencies and assumptions, roles and responsibilities, teaming and staffing, project approach and standards, risk mitigation, sizing, scheduling and costing.
 Led the site development operations including model phase, client show route, and successfully managed a budget of +20 Million Egyptian Pounds to get the model phase finished in 1 year.

Reporting to the CEO. This role had three direct reports, key responsibilities included directing all the project management and technical operations inside DMA, preparing annual operation plans, marketing activities, cash-flow management and project financials.

 Participated in all project initiation activities, including presentations, planning and budgeting.
 Reviewed projects progress and maintained systematic progress reporting.
 Managed the projects cash-flow and financial issues, including but not limited to revenue, direct and indirect costs for all the projects.
 Conducted all marketing activities including all advertising materials and deals with advertising channels.
 Managed the preparation of all legal documents and legal actions associated with all new accounts.
 Completed the day-to-day executive work including presentations, authority submissions and project correspondences.
 Liaise with the client representative on all project issues and sites inspection.

Reporting to the Design Manager. Key responsibilities included all the project’s design works and meetings using manual and computerized techniques, clients’ presentations and account management.

 Managed the design works of many villas, social buildings and the gates of Sporting Club using manual and computerized techniques.
 Drafted sketch drawings, tender drawings, working drawings, construction drawings using AutoCAD.
 Attended other project sub-consultants meetings and site meetings.

Reporting to the Head of Consulting Engineering Office. Key responsibilities included the preparation of the design, schematic and technical drawings using AutoCAD and technical documents.

 Managed the design of Mubarak Library (Luxor City), Commandment Building (MTC), Work Shop, Refrigeration Complexes, Wataneya Gas Stations using computerized techniques.

Reporting to the Design Manager. Key responsibilities included the architectural design, interior design, drafting using manual and computerized techniques, preparation to the tender documents, project meetings and project correspondences.

 Managed the exterior and interior design to MC Donald’s Restaurants, Ali’s Image Pharmacies, Ahmed Shafiek Hospital, Ahmed El Maged Villa, Liali Beach Resort using manual and computerized techniques.
