• Preparation of Monthly Payment Certificates and Invoices for the
Lump Sum, Cost Plus, Re-measure, and Joint venture Projects by
collecting all the relevant supporting documents for the submission
to Client.
• Negotiate and agree variations, progress payments and final
accounts with Main Contractor and Consultant
• Preparation of monthly work Progress and Cash Flow Reports of
each project and providing histograms to know the current status of
each Project.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure
including LPOs allocation, verifying and checking of invoices and
claims from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that all project
expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Periodic Project cost status reporting with clear explanation of any
deviations, including reasons and proposed mitigation measures for
each Project.
• Assisting Project Managers in monthly cost analysis and
reconciliation & certification of Payment applications of Sub
contractors and Suppliers.
• Acting as a supporting hand for General Manager for all the Cost
Control and Payment related works of all Projects.

• Leading Estimation Department by reviewing project BOQs,
drawings, draft tender documents and detailed study of Project
Specifications for preparing the most feasible technical bid proposal
for the fire protection system within the established time frame.
• Managed Procurement Department by providing Technical inputs
along with Sending RFQs, preparing comparison sheets and
maintain procurement log as per planning schedule and Follow up
for material delivery and payment issues.
• Look after the commercial aspects of Procurement, Project
Planning, Estimation and Cost Management of all Projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to
obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

• Responsible for the Installation of Fire Protection System.
• Preparation of shop drawing for Fire Protection System using Auto
Cad as per the NFPA standards and the local civil defence
requirements.
• Estimation of Fire Protection System as per the Client drawings and
Specifications.
• Material take offs for all materials required in the site after detailed
study of consultant drawings.
• Site Supervision and attending Client Meetings

• Preparation of tenders as per the client requirement.
• Designing of firefighting system and fire alarm system as per NBC and NFPA.
• Weekly/Monthly reports generation for the client & management review.
• Assisting senior engineer in testing and inspection of the firefighting and fire alarm system after installation.
