Main duties but not limited to:
Internal audits at the slaughter house located at Anfeh-North of Lebanon prior to external audits (Customers : Example KFC and others, ISO certification bodies :Example SGS)

In charge of the quality control inspection process at the slaughter house located at Anfeh-Lebanon CCP Monitoring along with daily testing, sampling micro and Chemical (Swabs, water, titration, dilution ) and equipment internal calibration (Spectrophotometer, conductometer...) and others in addition to communication with Lab/supplier for further results evaluation
Controlling and evaluating the quality control process at the further processing department CCP monitoring, creating flow charts and finalizing Hazard analysis, communication with suppliers in the regard of developing and making the flow of work more scientific and accurate

Inspecting and developing 17 point of sales across Lebanon by analyzing and applying scientifically all Lebanese ministry of health requirements by setting clear action plan through the correct chain of communication and support.

Chicky's restaurant is a fast food outlet branch located in Baabda-Lebanon which will be positioned as an international fast food chain restaurant,

Chicky's provides food where the main ingredient is fresh chicken served in both traditional and fast food concepts including high creativity and professionalism

Main duties are as described above for HAWA CHICKEN S.A.L POS.

GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000;conducted routine basic food safety training for POS new employees.
