Power plant engineering proposal during tendering stage by evaluating client
requirements, preparing project costing sheet, power plant general layout, section
drawings and flow diagrams along with techno-commercial offer for bidding on
power plant HFO diesel & gas projects.
* Power plant engineering project award detail design based on reciprocating
engine unit (MAN/Mitsubishi/GE) operating on diesel oil, heavy fuel oil and natural
gas using Autocad Plant 3D design software.
* Team Management
* Elaborating piping and instrumentation diagrams, general arrangement drawings,
tanks with its structure design, generating plant piping layout and piping isometric
drawings for mechanical systems.
* Sizing calculation of appropriate mechanical auxiliaries including HFO and diesel
fuel feeder/booster pumps, HFO centrifugal separator, lube oil and water module
pumps, air intake filter, air compressors and air receiver tanks, HFO storage and
settling tanks, ventilations fans, motorized louvers along with process pipe sizing.

• Assessment of Project Clauses prepared by the client Consultant CIEC Engineering France and Erga Group Lebanon in order to make sure the project is done as per contract.
• Managing and monitoring a group of experts on the installation of plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Elaborating detailed site drawings on plumbing and HVAC design drawings along with bill of quantities required accordingly.
• Project Firefighting Proposal pricing including preliminary design, pricing and BOQ take-off on Fire equipment and systems (FM200 gas suppression system, fire pumps, water and foam systems tanks and fire piping) based on project tender technical specs, quotation received from suppliers and site experience.
• Firefighting Engineering after award detailed project design according to NFPA standard such as FM200 system room design using Tyco software and water/foam sprinklers and deluge nozzles sizing using Pipenet software.
• Project Steam/Water Proposal pricing such as preliminary heat and mass balance design, piping process engineering preliminary design, pricing and BOQ take-off on Steam/Water Equipment and systems (heat recovery steam generator, air cooled condenser, steam turbine generator, boiler feed pumps, high and low pressure…)
• Power plant Engineering Simple and Combined Cycle Design by elaborating detailed heat and mass balance design (Value Engineering, Optimization) using GT Pro software, Process sizing calculation (pipe sizing..) using Pipe Flo Professional software and power plant general arrangement 3D design using SmartPlant 3D software.
• Planning Update, Cost control and Site Management for the construction of the heat recovery steam generator part (HRSG) of a project held by General Electric USA (GE) and Iberdrola Ingenieria y construccion Spain as Main Contractors.
