Directed several change management (MOC) projects with a budget of up to $25M, aimed at process improvement at a major oil and gas production facility, enhancing safety, and maximizing production while optimizing OPEX expenditures.

Directed, collaborated on, and executed the engineering and procurement support contract for a major oil and gas operator, controlling all engineering work associated with piping and pipelines, monitoring progress and reporting to management.
The project included the connection of new oil, gas condensate and gas injection wells as well as process and safety upgrades at the 120, 000 barrels per day central processing facility.

Participated, collaborated in, and carried out the engineering and procurement phases of the project, and then supervised, monitored and controlled the construction work performed by an external contractor.
The project consisted of engineering, procurement, and construction of a new oil and gas processing facility with production of 20, 000 barrels/day and 280 km total network of pipelines.
