Objective to generate revenue from all possible ways of marketing activity such as Trade Shows, Road Shows, Advertisement, Social Media Campaigns and Brand Activations. Responsible for developing and executing key strategies related to NPD’s and programs to generate demand and build brand awareness for all 10 brands of products and solutions.

Marketing & Communication
· Develop and execute B2B Marketing strategy for each Brand to achieve defined business objectives.
· Work closely with Sales & Application team to ensure strategies are aligned with marketing objective and Sales revenues.
· Plan for BTL activities and also determine budget and manage expenses to that budget for 10 different brands and products.
Events and Brand Management (BTL and ATL)
• Conceptualizing and executing planned events like Training Programs, Trade Shows, Road Shows, Product Launch, Canters Movement
· Act as custodian of design process by adhering the brand guidelines.
· Collaterals: catalogues, brochures, merchandise/promotional material for both internal and external customers.
· Brand Activations: Execute the branding at stores/dealers and evaluate the business generated from each dealers.
· Artist Endorsement: Artist engagement for products promotions and to share their experience.
· Digital Marketing: Use social media platforms for local & global events in synergy with email campaigns and managing official website.
Budget analysis and Return on Investment
· Forecast, Plan vs Actual Budget;
· Analyzing actual return on investment.
· Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for each event or activity.
Operations
• Vendor management (SAP).
· Maintain strong working relation with ancillary departments.
· Coordinate between Order Management team and Logistics.
